This is an oldie but goodie that I found a long time ago while perusing food ingredient lists for unfamiliar words. None of these words is or was unfamiliar, but put together in that order (or the reverse order) they are both strange and funny. For maximum hilarity, try to work this phrase into a conversation with an animal rights activist, ideally one of the sort who throws red paint on fur-clad persons. In such a situation, express a fondness for this phrase as a food ingredient. Hint: the only place I can think of off the top of my head where mechanically seperated chicken is naturally occurring is in Slim Jims.
