Oops.

I probably should have explained earlier: the AB picks have nothing to do with Atlas Bob. I realize that that was unclear. They have the same initials, I introduced them in the post that I addressed to A-Bob, and I didn't even notice the how misleading that could have been. I apologize for any misunderstanding. The AB is a system or formula for picking sports teams to win - it requires human minds only to tell it which teams are playing, and to read and report the resulting picks. It is not something I'm particularly proud of beating so far, and its relationship to reality is likely specious. In week 7, for instance, I beat the average coin-flipping result by one game, and in turn, the coin beat the AB by one game. Whoop-dee-doo, as they say.

On an almost unrelated note, I suppose I should post my picks on Thursday this week, so as not to spare myself any possible shame for a wrong pick for a game that might possibly be moved up to Friday in an effort to avoid a natural disaster that may actually fizzle... but I won't. I'm going to post my picks on Saturday, just like last week.
